Basically, we are working on a project for Students, donors and NGO'S whose aim to promote the education. We will be adding more categories as the project progresses. Our target audience would be Students, Schools, Donors and NGOs. All of these stakeholders will have to register into our system to use it. Our system gets hep the donors to find needy children to get them educated and their money will be in the right hands after confirmation of children donors will pay their expenses of school and in case donor will take the student on board he/she will not be able to bare the school expenses, then we will pay those expenses from our donation pool and in the worst-case donation pool doesn’t have any funds so in this scenario the case will be proceed to NGO's then they will take care of all the expenses of the student/children.

Basically the whole process will be done through our system. There are 2 types for donors:

1. Donor who only donate the money in our donation pool and the next process will be done through our system.

2. Donor who directly spend the money on student on board.

All Donors, NGO’s, Students and school’s details will be displayed in our system.

Project Objectives

Through donation, make the education available for all poor children’s. The main objective of this project is to change the life condition of poor children through education and through donation every poor child will be able to study and get the better education.

Project Implementation Method

We are going to use following tools during implementation:

1. Visual Studio 2019
2. MSSQL Server 2019
3. Visio 2019
4. MS Project
5. For this project, we decided to use iterative development as it is more suitable for this project.

Benefits of the Project

The main agenda or benefits  behind creating this system is to minimize illiteracy because education should not be bounded on the basis of riches or poverty, and our second purpose is to bring transparency in donation. In our system donor will know that where it’s money is utilizing.

This is a web based application in which we use web forms in asp.net C# for frontend we will use html , css , javascript,
