SAF AI is a gateway to modern waste recycling. As we all know that technology has

completely changed our lives for good and convenience than ever. Remembering the

mismanagement of waste in Pakistan, SAF AI has been planning to launch and save

the misery of Pakistanis, especially the residents of Karachi who have been suffering

from it for decades.

Project Objectives

The most important objective of this project is to provide waste to the respective companies in the most manageable manner so that it won’t be a hassle for them to classify them and recycle them easily.

Project Implementation Method

Main Android Application: An android application which will provide the

interface to the users and companies to interact

• Image Processing Module: An image processing machine learning module which will detect the object which the user wants to recycle automatically through the camera.

• API’S development: API’s will be created which will provide communication between Back-end and Front-end of the application

• Date storage and deployment: Data storage will be required to store the user’s data and history of recyclable items, so the database will be used. The back-end of the application will be deployed on the cloud platform.

Benefits of the Project

The most important objective of this project is to provide waste to the respective companies in the most manageable manner so that it won’t be a hassle for them to classify them and recycle them easily.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

The Final deliverable of this project will be an android application. The android application will support all the android versions latest than KitKat.
The app will be available for the download on google play store, and it’ll be on free tier. The user will be able to use and recycle their waste efficiently after downloading it and using it.
