It aims to create a long-term engaging relationship by creating convenience for its customers that was not offered to them before.

• To Transform online shopping to whole new level through the development of innovative approaches to achieve improved eCommerce outcomes.
• To Elevate the quality of customer care services at low cost and make it more accessible to more people by attracting the top providers of products through application of new, innovative and practical models and developing the highest tier of products delivery.

Project Implementation Method

Marketing promotions will be consistent to implement the project. We are focusing our marketing effort on the community of consumers that want a store which has an interesting variety of products on a single click. We will implement a strategy that treats these customers as a community. This means our marketing resources will be centered around both sales promotions (events, displays) and personal sales (customer service, friendly atmosphere) while staying within marketing budge. We're in contact with grocery stores and to convince them to use our innovative service. Our main implementation heads are as follow:

Benefits of the Project

Instead of going the regular eCommerce way of Grocery shopping, the company start up by bringing existing retailers, Super Markets online.

For the purchase of the grocery item, user can choose their nearby stores based on location with fixed tariffs on each delivery and no hidden charges.

The local store would be informed about the order and it would be delivered in a short, pre-defined delivery time on precise locations with the multiple payment options with
detailed info of items. Delivery could be traced once the order is dispatched.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

The technical details of final deliverablessre:

• Customer End Android/IOS App (Designed using XML and developed using JAVA & SWIFT languages respectively).
• Android App for the Delivery Boy (Designed using XML and developed using JAVA language).
• Admin Dashborad for the Marts (Designed and Developed using Angular Node JS).
• Portal for Customer Care Services (Designed and Developed using Angular Node JS).
• Main Admin Panel to monitor entire service (Designed and Developed using Angular Node JS).

Note: The platform for databases used will be Firebase by Google as it provides secure cloud services having structured databases.
