ABSTRACT: Colors plays a vitally important role in the world in which we live. Color can sway thinking, change actions and cause reactions. Detection of desired colorfor industrial use and its automated generation can be very useful in paint industries. Each color has specific wavelength in visible spectrum ranging from 400nm-700nm. Based on its wavelength and other properties a machine could be developed that could utilize the principle of robotics to automatically mix the primary colors viz. red, blue and green (RGB) in required proportions to obtain the similar color as required.The performance of the system was tested by letting a sensor scan a sample color card, calculate how much of each primary color to pour into the mix. All the system can be access able to a range of signals.
PURPOSE : The purpose of this project is to construct a demonstrator that can mix a color for industrial purpose that it gets as input from a industrial user. Using automation control the machine can first mix a color and then compensate for any errors just like a human would do to get the right result.
SCOPE: The demonstrator that will be constructed in this project is to be able to mix any color possible given the paint used. This means that most of the visible spectrum will be covered. However, due to the time constraints of this project the demonstrator is not intended to be a fully automated industrial product.
CONTROLLER: The controller used in this project is ARDUINO Uno&word Press built website interface.
The controlling of shades enhance may occurs; All the controlling part of the project will be Manually & through website. · Desired shade of any colour· Volume of desired shade · Steering colortime .
MONITORING: The monitoring of the project will be through website (wordPress type). The monitoring of the system may occurs; · Density of the required color· Specific shade of the required color · Volume of required color .
"Actually it is a color mixing project, in industries this process is doing by PLC and SCADA based controllers which are costly and with complicated programming, we are going to control and monitor through advanced controller boards like ARDUINO and visualizing the basic concepts through website(word Presstype)."
The components may vary in this project due to cost and availability of sensors .

The wavelength represents the correct filter and is then picked up with piped of photo diode then converts the information into electronic signals which than send to computer software that formulates the exact amount of pigment needed to make the match.
Performance of the industrial system and demonstrator a series of sample cards were made to serve as reference signal for the system. The tests that where carried out followed the methodology and the demonstrator calculated how much of each individual color to pour into then mix.

The project is based on scrum type managment system.

ØThe project involves design and development of paints enhancing machine using ARDUINO which smartly monitors and manages industrial application based system and monitors audit of the power consumed by monitoring the sensor units of the power being consumed, in real time, which can be viewed by the user on a webpage .
ØThis real time on the spot unit information will compel to manage and reduce their waste color.
