1. Rozgaar provides a real-time solution for labourer hiring and also facilitates customers to find the right person. The system will provide a voice note to send job requirements and employee profiles of labourers for customers to choose labour with satisfaction. The system will recommend the upcoming job to labourer where he can bid for a job he found suitable. If users face any problem regarding the system they can reach the staff through a complaint canter. It will help save time and effort for labourer and customer.

   According to our survey, there is no such system available for labours and customers. Many people appreciate and encourage us to make a system that can help them economically.

Our main objective is to reduce barriers to employment and facilitate the labourer according to their skills. And also provide safety and security to our customers.
