The outcomes and risks have given rise to the chances of doing and making something that could automates video surveillance system for violent individuals in public areas. Video surveillance in this regard has been a helping or motivating factor. A body that could keeping work upon for such situations. The purposed real time video surveillance is designed to keep check and monitoring controlling the abnormal activities of either the terrorist groups or the disrupted cloned groups of any institute or organization. In this way abnormal activities of any institution may be ensured and much of time taken to solve such tasks effetely may be minimized by the use of just one click of the surveillance camera or a watching electronic body. The purposed system working, mainly focuses on the objectives to control, watch and minimize the right factor of violence in public areas. The proposed project is designed with the objective of abnormality detection for violent individuals. The purposed method of project is based on scenario of acquiring the image from any surveillance camera and spontaneously detecting the human from frame. After human detection features will be extracted. Since during any type of abnormal activity, human body angles change. After the extraction of angles an encoding will be performed prior for the detection of abnormal activities.

The objective of the proposed project is to detect the abnormal activities for violent individuals. Since such abnormal activities are difficult to handle manually. It is virtuous in this regard. A system forecasted in such a way that will sense over multiple profile and this could be dedicated to gain welfare at every level.

The purpose of the purposed project would be to identify the unwanted criminal activities just at click of one camera. The unguided activity is captured via the camera technique. Further processing of the equivalent data is obtained and the detect activity is herald by the alarm.

The wire-based surveillance cameras shall be an important factor in the determination and detection of live threating activities. Through this purposed mechanism one can look for the disrupted action and take preventing measure accordingly. The suitable allowance and the core identification would be the major aim of the project.
