Furthermore present study also describes technique for automatic bottle picking using arduino-UNO.The standard bottle labeling and packag ing mechanism is suitable for large and medium industries like Nestl´e,cock etc due to their high capacity and demand. The paper also discusses the technique for automatic bottle picking using arduino uno.The aim of this project is to provide the automation standard to local industry,which could increase the e?ciency and hygiene of the water bottles.This paper gives the concept of local industry
Project ObjectivesOur objective is to facilitate the local industries with the complete automated water puri?cation mechanism.
• Our system will provide better products in lesser time, which will not only increase time e?ciency but also reduce the labor need to handle the plant.
• We are going to design the trainer for the Automation lab for our university which will facilitate the students to enjoy the taste of industry in lab so they can program and practice the whole puri?cation system
Project Implementation MethodWe are designing the conveyor belt for the transport of bottle using dc motors connected with the power supply. The other portion contains the labeling mechanism. When the bottle is near to the labeler, proximity sensor in installed in the system to stop the bottle. The labeling mechanism will label the bottle and the process continues for the next coming bottles.
Benefits of the ProjectFollowing are the benifits of the project:
- The power consumption will be less using PLC.
- Automation of the local industries.
- Students of the university can practice industrial mechanism in labs on the trainers.
There will be hardware based mechanism for labeling of bottles including PLC, in which there would be a programmed system for the mechanism. The PLC will be connected to the sensors and conveyor belt.
