Project Area of Specialization BlockchainProject SummaryOur system will be working in different stages where it will be helping the patient as well as the doctor end. Both of them will be having different benefits from it as the patient will have a constant check on his reports. He will also be notified about the changes in his health and his medication timings. Furthermore, the patient’s personal and health data will be authorized and secured. The system will gather the information about the health of the concerned patient through different sensors that will be monitoring the patient health throughout the day. The data updating depends upon the doctor and the stage of concerning health of the patient. The data of the reports will be uploaded on the server which will then be protected by block chain. This will help in storing the data on a single platform and will reduce the time and efforts to search for a specific patients’ record in case of any emergency.
The system will also be able to predict the chances of falling health or any concerned event that may lead to the user health in danger state in the future. Thus, the doctor and patient through mutual understanding take precautionary measures to avoid any such event to happen.

Blockchain has the ability to provide a secure network over untrusted parties which is needed in IoT with numerous and heterogeneous devices. In other words, all IoT network
nodes must be malicious to perform an attack. Integrating IoT with blockchain will have many benefits. The decentralization model of the blockchain will have the ability to handle processing of billions of transactions between IoT devices, which will significantly reduce the costs associated with installing and maintaining large centralized data centers. In addition, working with the blockchain technology will eliminate the single point of failure associated with the centralized IoT architecture. Blockchain provides better security because there is no single point of failure to shut down the entire network.
In the last the health of the patient is predicted so that he/she can take precautionary measure about the health. The proper steps can lead the health towards betterment
Project Implementation MethodThe method we are using in incremental because the incremental build model is a method of software development where the model is designed, implemented and tested incrementally (a little more is added each time) until the product is finished. It involves both development and maintenance. The product is defined as finished when it satisfies all of its requirements. The product is decomposed into a number of components, each of which are designed and built separately It generates working software quickly and early during the software life cycle. It is more flexible – less costly to change in the product and is easier to test and debug during a smaller iteration and also to manage risk because risky pieces are identified and handled during its iteration.
Further this model is suitable when the project is to be done in phase wise.
Benefits of the ProjectFirst objective of the project is continuously monitoring of the patient. The sensors read data from the patient to keep check on his/her health conditions.
The main benefit of the proposed system is the security. The blockchain provides immutable security to the records kept in blockchain. The data, hackers want can easily be attainable from the unprotected servers. The patient's data has all the information that is required to the hacker for illegal purpose. With the help of Blockchain this hazard is reduced to a great extent.
In the last the patient gets aware of his health and the condition that will be possible for him in the future. This will make him/her to do precautionary measures
Technical Details of Final DeliverableThe final system will be an android app that will notify the patient and doctor about the health of the patient. The predicted health will be shown in the app.
In the backend the data from the sensors is read from the patient and is secured on the blockchain.
The sensors act as the source node and the sink node will be attached on the machine and through machine data will be uploaded to the server. The communication between the source nodes and sink nodes will be done wirelessly.
