The aim of this project is to stop the wastage of a mass amount of usable medicines. The most important aspect of project is to decrease the expenses of poor people and help them. This project initially will be launched at Karachi because there is a huge public and unpredictable purchase and wastage of medicine there along with that there is a massive quantity of needy people who do not have money to purchase medicines there. In this application donor and receiver both will be authenticated, donor will be authenticated because once if he/she donates expired medicine, then he/she will be banned from donating, and receiver will be authenticated because if someone receivers medicines frequently and medicines of different diseases then that person will be investigated. 

Project Objectives

Project Implementation Method

Any initiative that needs to be executed has a number of different sides, because as online unused medicine donated to NGOs includes major challenges.

Stock Collection Point:

There is need of a location where NGO team can collect the stock from member that we call here Collection point.

Team

The first challenge, relating to the human effort necessary, is to build a team of at least 8-9 peoples. They collect stock from collection points where members of this community donate the stock.

Creating Website:

As the project is both human and technical, it involves a website that acts as a platform between a donor and a receiver. By registering yourself either a donor or a receiver can any time inform for donating or getting a medicine, Or one can make a questioner that I have a particular medicine if someone needs, or I need a particular medicine if someone has available. After that a donor will verify his/herself and then donate to the NGO, and a receiver will verify his/herself through finger biometric and receive the medicine. All the data according to the bio and usage of particular medicine will available in databases. The history of donors and receivers also will be in databases

Benefits of the Project

Poverty is one of the big social issues which is facing Pakistan. It is one of the most critical and sensitive issues not just for Pakistan, but for the world as a whole. Poverty can cause other social problems such as fraud, bribery, corruption, adultery, lawlessness, inequality, etc.

Life is already difficult, and people have made things more complex, so life has fallen into the hierarchy and categories where the wealthy get wealthier and the poor die for food. So, supporting needy people in form of unused medicine to save them from critical problems. It is the main benefit of this project is that.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Online medicine donation to NGO is a web-based project, in the event that we isolate its specialized development into distinctive parts its major parts are as follows:

1. Prototyping:

The beginning stage after the communication, prerequisites gathering, and arranging is prototyping. For the prototyping of Adobe XD has been utilized.

Adobe XD is the all-in-one UX/UI arrangement for planning websites, versatile apps, and more.

2. Web Development:

For the Development of medicine donation to NGO website development utilized are HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap (For front end development),

PHP, JavaScript (For back end development).

3. Creating Databases:

For each venture, we require some data and for its storage and management, distinctive databases are utilized. For the same reason, we have to make a database that will manage our project-related information (For example: Details of the NGO, Member (User) and ADMIN information store in database. Also saved the information of Medicine related date (Like medicine name, quantity, and expiry date).
