A Muscle Stimulator Is basically a Physiotherapy Machine for those who cannot move their limbs and feet. It is a lightweight suit for legs and feet that consists of multiple joints, motors, and Height Adjustment Pipes that will be adjusted according to the length of the leg and feet. It consists of a suit that will move limbs in an up and down direction with the help of motors and joints according to various angles set by the user. It will also impact the whole foot joint in up and down directions in some specific angles with the help of the same motors attached to the feet jointly. There will be three joints in the overall structure, one will be on the knee joint, one on the ankle joint, and one will be on the foot fingers joint forces the whole foot to move up and down.
The whole structure will be attached to an Arduino Board connecting it with a Mobile App that will be used to run the whole machine. The mobile application will contain several exercises with a combination of feet and knee exercises. It will also contain the options of multiple angles on which you can set the exercise. There will be several options in the Mobile application that will be used to run the whole machine, which are as follows:
A muscle Stimulator is a kind of machine that will be useful for paralyzed, physically disabled legs (Temporarily Not moving), and for those who have stretched legs and feet.
it will stretch the legs and foot muscles by moving them in multiple directions.
It will release the tight muscles of the legs and feet and will make their blood circulation regular.
It is a great therapy for those muscles that need some force to move up and down.
It will reduce the Human effort.
It will in turn be a good machine for the recovery of temporarily not moving legs and feet.
Project will be implemented by connecting a hardware component which is a therapy machine with Arduino board that will directly connect it to the mobile application running the whole machine.
Mobile application will give command to the Arduino board according to the following options sett in the app. Arduino board will connect the hardware to the Android Application.
Mobile application will have a database of the records of previous exercises and work.
Hardware component will run according to the options that the user will give to the machine.
This all Process will be implemented according to the parameters set by default.
It will be of low cost, that will be affordable for those who cannot buy expensive therapy machines.
It will reduce the Human effort as it will run from the Mobile Application.
A Patient itself can do his/her therapy by just selecting the exercises, angle, and time on the Mobile application connected to this machine.
It will release the tension in the muscles and prevent your legs and foot from terrible cramps.
It will also help you decrease vascular problems and leg inflammation while helping you fight cellulite and varicose veins as well.
It can be used in any situation, whether sitting at home watching TV or from your office desk because of its compact and convenient size so you can use it and store it wherever you want.
Its compact size and its light weight, allow you to carry it with you wherever you go. Just weighs 10-15 Lbs and has the perfect size to store anywhere. Also, it has a silent motor that will let you use it in any space without annoying anyone
You can use it continuously for hours without any problem.
This whole Project will be consist up of a model that will be attached to the knee and foot for the experiment.
Commands will be given to the machine to run, several exercises on time.
Mobile application will run the hardware through Arduino Board connecting the whole therapy machine with the Android.
Machine will move the knee and foot up and down according to the given angles and time. it will be a combination of different exercises including knee exercise, foot exercise, and both combine exercise.
