The traditional approach for hiring event organizers, hiring staff, selecting halls, and checking the venue for the events is to go to the place and check everything and if you don’t like that place you have to go to another place and check those. It is quite hectic work to follow that to go different places and check them. Then for the staff, you have to perform the same process and also for the event organizers. So why not make software that provides an ease to the people to book the staff, hire event organizers/vendors, and also the venue for their events just by clicking some of the buttons and showing every detail of the staff, vendor.  The software that we will go to make provide every single detail of the vendors, their complete portfolio of previous work and also some of the videos of the vendors previous work, also provide the venue details the compatibility of that place and a complete video of the venue

Project Objectives

As we are all aware of the current situation of our country due to the COVID’19 pandemic, and we are also not sure when will all these problems can resolve. We can not stop our living lifestyle due to this pandemic and wait for it to resolve and then we proceed. So why not make things easier for the people that they can continue to live their life according to the way they want by providing them all the necessities. The objectives can be:

-         To provide people the online booking from home.

-         To provide the records of the vendors to the people.

-         To provide every single detail of the venues, vendors, and staff so that the user can be much satisfied with the online booking.

Project Implementation Method

The application will be developed using Pycharm and visual studio and will run on all platforms like mobile phones and computers because it will be a hybrid application that will be easily available at the play store for mobile phone installation and also available online as a website. The programming language we will use is Python(Django Framework), React Native, and the data storing in MySql Database.

Benefits of the Project

The benefit of the project will the user doesn’t have to go outside and check everything manually. It saves time for the user and energy too from getting the things. They just have to follow some of the steps and a complete profile of each and everything will available in their hands and they book whatever they want, and also ask about the further details of the vendors, staff, and venues. It must be a more exciting experience for the user.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

So the final deliverables of the application will be, that the user can see details of the vendors, staff, and the venue, if want more details can contact us directly using our office phone details and email. Then if wanted to book a meeting with the vendor can book the meetup online or physically as they want. Then complete all the necessary details and proceed further.
