Project Summary

A web based an android Human Resource Management System application  that helps HR Managers to keep track of Employee data by digitalizing the records and other relevant information and activities for employee such as: Pay slip, Personal Details (Biodata, Qualification, employment history, contact information,), and updation of status of any application submitted by employees.

The key advantage of the web-based application is its availability, as it can be accessed by anyone connected to the Internet and multiple users can access it at the same time.

On the other hand, this application will be useful for employees as well. The application will ensure effective utilization, generate and maintain human resource records and allow proper interaction and timely access to accurate information to those who require the information.  They will be able to login and download their previous and current pay slips. The employee will also be able to monitor the status of their application.

Using the recommendation system through the stars rating and KPI in which the experience and behavior of employee will be involved, will only be monitored by head of department and includes the Annual Career Review (ACR) system which will move from Chairperson to Dean and Dean to Registrar. 

 The user interface of this application will provide quick access to information and will help both HR department and employees in coordination without hectic of visiting offices
