It is a web-based application which is useful for sharing FYP ideas and submission of FYP. This project is about to maintain the record of student that are in final year. Student submit their proposals, SRS, SDD, code, prototypes, reports and all project related materials and they will able to see their meeting attendance, marks and review of their supervisor and  co-supervisor against their submissions. Faculty will be able to update the ideas, announcements, marks, manage attendance and meeting schedule with their students. Students can view previous projects and can get idea from there and can view the list of any supervisor’s previous project.

It will be easy for students and faculty to view data regarding FYP. Faculty can easily manage data regarding FYP. Faculty and students can sign up their sides to use the management system and easily submit, view and check the file by accessing it anytime and from anywhere.

Project Objectives

This project is about to maintain the information about the final year project. Student submit their proposal, SRS, SDD, code, prototypes, reports, contact details and all project related materials and they will able to see their meeting attendance, marks and review of their supervisor and co-supervisor against their submissions. Here teacher will be able to update the ideas, announcements, marks, manage attendance and meeting schedule with their students. Hence creating facility for both students and faculty. Students can view previous projects and can get idea from there and can view the list of any supervisor’s previous project.

Project Implementation Method

• We have to implement this application within our educational institute.
• User must login to get facilitate.
• Students must upload the details of FYP.
• Submit the documents.
• Firstly, we must give an access to any administrator for administrator’s role.
• He can register all the students and faculty members of this system.
• Any member can access this application with high-speed internet connection and with his/her registration number and password.
• Students can upload their FYP files and they can update them too.
• Faculty members can upload student’s marks, attendance and notifications and they can update them too.
• Admin can have access to both sides.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable 1. Functional Requirements

There will be following functional requirements in our website:

1.1 User authentication

Admin, faculty and students will have to login and authenticate themselves to have an access of website.

1.2 Admin module

In this module, admin can view both faculty and student sides. Admin can add supervisors and FYP groups.

1.3 Faculty module

In this module, faculty will be able to add, delete and update data. The data includes announcements, attendance and marks.

1.4 Student module

In this module, students can easily submit, view and check the files regarding FYP.

1.5 Use of algorithm

In this module, we will use different algorithms and compare them which is the best suitable algorithm according to the dataset and all the necessary details.

1.6 User management

In this module, admin can manage all the details and information of Patients. Moreover, we will manage all the data

All users must use the logout button to logout form website.

2. Non Functional Requirements

• Provide a single platform for Evaluation and Inspection.
• Store Data Smartly.
• Student Check Smartly.

• Use Ajax to reduce Browsing time.
• Fulfil all ISO of H.C.I
• The all-important data store in Encrypted form which improves our Security.

2.3 Security

• Users are required to log in to it, to gain access to its features.
• It will allow only Admin to do administrative task
• There should have a login option for the authorized member.
• The System must have strong security to protect itself from any external threats
• The system wouldn’t allow any unauthorized user to enter the system; this action will maintain and improve the security level of the system.

2.4 Portability

• The system should run on Windows 7 or above having at least 8 GB of RAM and 300GB of ROM.
