Final Year Project is an integral part of university education.Every student has to go through the FYP process during his bachelors degree. In order to start their project, a group of student will assigned under a supervisor. The biggest Milestone for the students at that point is to choose the relevant topic and this may require to visit different faculty members to dicuss the idea.After choosing the project idea student have to select supervisor which may require to visit faculty office many times and it may be hectic.Despite for all of its good intentions, the approach for managing students project mannually is outdated.Key issues in FYP is managng project docuements such as proposal,SRS,SDD and final year report is tedious to handle.And hardcopies require more space to accomodate.The main purpose of this proposed project is to develop an online system that can reduce the workload of fyp comittee in managing the workflows of final year project.Besides reducing the work load it also hastens he steps and makes data organized.By implementing this system, it would provide a lot of conveniences to the fyp comiitte.And the assignment of supervisor and submission of document can also be done easily
Project Objectives
The objective of this this is to provide facility to student and supervisor to reduce their work efforts and time. This system is develop to engage all parties in one collaborative online system systematically as a medium in exchaning information for final year project.This system provides easiness to the students , supervisors and fyp comitte.
