Evolutionist is a startup of Pakistan which takes initiative to work in the field of medical sciences. Evolutionist is a company of six co-founders with three PHD advisors who put their efforts to bring revolution in field of medical sciences to replace manual systems in clinics/hospitals with automatic systems and prediction systems. To overcome manual systems we came with solution in form of doctor assistant which is software and hardware base device its hardware part take some inputs from human body like its blood pressure, body temperature, heartbeat rate, etc. and software manage this information  maintain it in database and use this information when needed in prediction systems.

Need:

As we live in 21st century an era of technology but still we are far behind from other countries in medical sciences. This negligence results in form of many losses. To prevent from this and to predict diseases we need record of patient health which is only done by storage of record in databases, which maintain patients health record on its every visit to doctors and minimize the need and work of nurse, receptionist or an assistant.

Opportunity size:

According to the official survey of 2009 there are 12,804 health facilities in the country to cater for over 170 million people which include 968 hospitals, 4183 dispensaries, 572 rural health center, 293 clinics, 5345 basic health centers, 906 other health centers. All these centers are our target market

Solution and Uniqueness

A software and hardware based device which minimize work of a nurse, an assistant. Every patient have a card which have unique id whenever it visit to that clinic the card just scanned and show its all previous record. Software part embed with prediction system and hardware part take patients’ blood pressure fever and ECG (if required)

Project Objectives

Evolutionist are introducing first ever doctor assistant in the history of Pakistan with easy to use device that automatically take patients heartbeat, blood pressure, body temperature, sugar level by scanning his wrist/hand as well take patients data like his name, age, date of birth etc. and store it’s all information in database embed with system.

Goals

Evolutionist goal is to finished/minimize the concept of manual paper system and take patients information with some necessary details i.e. heartbeat, blood pressure, sugar etc. and store it

In database to maintain the record of patient’s history and by putting some algorithms make some predictions on the stored information.

Objective

• First and the most important one is to serve humanity.
• Make devices that help people in medical departments.
• Device which is enough efficient and time saver.

Store patient’s information which is too necessary to predict some diseases.

Project Implementation Method

We are creating a Dr Assitant, we includes operatus to caculate blood pressure, body temperature and Heart rate as well ass we will provide a smart card to patient which will store all history of patients. Doctors dont need to check files any more.

With the help of the card they can learn about patient hstory, test reposrt and prescription on doctors computer.

Benefits of the Project

Our product name Is Doctor Assistant. Its take data form patient card and store name and show its data on doctor screen and it also check our temperature sugar level blood pressure and heart beat and it can store that data also for further used

                          

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Operator to calculate Blood pressure will be created using Pulse rate ECG sensor embbedded in the band. Temerature sensor and Ardinor would be connected for constant monitoring.

Card created for patients would have RFID in it for secure information handling and using RFID reader we can read data of patients from their card.
