In this project our main aim is to improve security and to provide surveillance. Humans can be sleepy,tired,scared and  nervous. We all know that humans are not perfect and thus they can make mistakes, sometimes that can cause serious damage to property and life. But these human limitations can be solved using automation. Our project aims in providing surveilance 24/7 and can be used in places where continuous check is required and no person is allowed to enter the premises. For example borders,nuclear plants,bank lockers and high alert places require constant surveillance and quick response thus this project can solve these problems easily.

Project Objectives

The objective of this project is to provide surveilance 24/7 and aims to serve as a security device. This project provides detection,tracking and aiming a intruder.

This security device will detect as a intruder enters the prohibited premisis and will track the motion and location of the intruder in space and will aim a laser that can be replaced by any weapon.

Project Implementation Method

This project is divided in following parts

1) software : image processing algorithm

2) hardware : 2 degree of freedom motion control base

3) software and hardware : interfacing motion control base with microcontroller and developed algorithm.

Benefits of the Project

1) Borders are one of the most essential and sensitive part of a country and especially border of Pakistan with Afghanistan and India. This security device will help in better detection,tracking and aiming of intruders, especially in places where extreme condition are present and army has to face alot of pain safegaurding thoses areas.

2) Bank lockers are also very important to be safegaurded after office timing and thus this security device can help in surveillance and can also resopnd in case of intruder detected.

3) We do remember the attack of terrorist on PAF base. This would have served an effective weapon in safegaurding the place.

2) servo motors having a torque of 15kg/cm

3) onboard processor for image processing
