We are making wireless universal mobile charger with help of wireless communication technology there are huge people of all around the world utilize mobile devices such as tablets, smartphone and laptops. The growing in utilization of, for example smart glasses and watches i.e wearable, expand this eco system to high levels. The different tasks for example, sending emails, doing a phone call, finding location etc. Presented these mobile devices grow every day more and more which equipment is battery powered and regularly charged.
Wireless power transfer (WPT) can be defined as the electric energy transmit to an electric load From a power source without a physical connection between them. WPT allowing Mobile devices to be continuously charged conventionally . Easily and without constraints of using a power cord. Hence an efficient method of transfer electric power is required to transmit it from the charger to the mobile device across an air gap without utilizing wire or other material.
Inductive power transfer technique is being utilized various applications for transmit power wirelessly. Charger of inductively coupled type are being utilized for wireless charging of iPad, MP3 player, Mobile phones and other handheld devices.
WPT using inductive wireless charger can include three part. First, sender , the sender transmits electromagnetically power through inductive coil which provide wireless transmit of power to receiver part. Second part is inductive coupling ( sender coil and receiver coil), which acts as the antenna ( sender antenna and receiver antenna), and forward the power to the bridge rectifier. Third, bridge rectifier that converts the induced voltage from AC to DC voltage, and finally the DC voltage will recharge battery and provide the load .
The goil of this project is to design and implement an efficient wireless universal mobile charger.
Wireless universal mobile charger will be useful for mobile phones user.
To deliver power wirelessly from a source coil to load coil and charge a mobile phone. This mechanism is potentially robust means for charging mobile phone Wirelessly.
Try to work over large distance.
Wireless charger usually make phones overheat which can harm for battery in which we use heat sink that reduce heat .
This is hardware based project in that project based on three main part First sender, the sender send power through wirelessly in coil, and second part is receiver the work of receiver that receive the power through receiver coil and third one is bridge rectifier that convert AC signal into DC and DC signal charge the battery.
STEP 1: First of all take the input from AC Voltage OR wapda that is power supply.
STEP 2: AC input to give step down transformer that convert high voltage to low voltage.
STEP 3: take low voltage from transformer to give bridge rectifier the work of bridge rectifier is convert voltage from AC TO DC.
STEP 4: Take DC voltage from bridge rectifier to give regulator, the regulator control the DC voltage and DC voltage to give the sender coil.
STEP 5: power take from sender coil through wirelessly to give power receiver coil.
STEP 6: The receiver coil power give to DC TO DC circuit.
STEP 7: DC TO DC circuit power give to filter circuit then filter circuit power give to filter output.
The problem with the people must carry their charger with them, and wired connection of chargers does not have mobility, in this project does not required any type of wire and also have mobility.
It is very helpful for mobile user and easy to carry everywhere.
It is safe no need wire in wired charger not safety because it burn wire easily and damage plug again and again also mobile charger pin damage.
It would also ensure the safety of the device since it would eliminate the risk of short circuit.
In the final deliverable, we would have a wireless universal mobile charger with many hardware components and sensors like: transformer, bridge rectifier, relay, on of switch, sender coil, receiver coil, regulator, etc.
Whole project based on two part one is wireless charger circuit and other is receiver circuit that project help out many people because the charger is every person need instead of wire charger in final deliverable we have accurate wireless universal mobile charger.
