These wind wall turbine can be installed near exhaust fan system where energy can be constantly produce without any external effort additionally these can also be installed on roof top, parks & sea side. This wall designed wind turbine makes us to learn the science behind aerodynamics and conversion of mechanical energy in electrical energy.

Project Implementation MethodThis wind turbine is designed in the shape of a wall which is lighter in weight and does not produce carbon footprint. The main frame of this turbine is made of Rectangle Hollow Shape (RHS) pipe. ? The fan blades which catch the wind and move along the wind are made of PVC and are attached in opposing directions along the axis of a pipe which can be Mild Steel or PVC pipe. ? These pipes are attached on both sides of the frame vertically and supported by a ball bearing which is mounted with the help of a small shaft attached in the frame. This small shaft is inserted in the bearing. ? At the bottom of each pipe a stepper motor is present which generates electricity. ? When stepper motor generate electricity the current passes to a bridge rectifier which ensure the continuity of current to pass forward ? Then the current stores in battery.
Benefits of the ProjectMeeting future world energy needs while addressing climatic changes has led to greater strain on conventional power sources. One of the viable sustainable energy sources is wind. But the installation large scale wind farms has a potential impact on the climatic conditions, hence a decentralized small scale wind turbines is a sustainable option. This paper presents review of on different types of small scale wind turbines i.e., horizontal axis and vertical axis wind turbines.
