EASYTOLL
Project Area of Specialization Software EngineeringProject Summary- Introduction:
EasyToll is a Software and Hardware-based project designed to collect a tax on all vehicles, including cars, buses, and trucks. Cameras will be installed at traffic signals and no-parking areas, and if anyone breaks the law, a fine will be deducted from their account. The central concept of this software is to collect toll tax on cars via application software, and a camera is deemed. The camera scans License Plate Number and deducts the tax from the EasyToll application software. Figure 1 depicts the Diagram of the EasyToll [1].

- Research Purpose:
The Current project aims to ease the process of Toll systems in Pakistan, where living in a less-developed countrycould have a proper method to collect and record the toll tax. However, the toll plaza has no proper procedure to collect and maintain a record of paid taxes of vehicles by their registered license plate number. Similarly, the owner has no record or proof to show that the owner is a taxpayer. We will introduce the EasyToll software application, an automated system to collect toll tax on cars to overcome this issue. By using the EasyToll software application, government sectors will know the identification of each tax-paid car, and the owner will have an online record of paid taxes at tolls.
Project Implementation Method- Methodology:
- Plaining
- Designing
- Implementation
- Testing
- Deployment
We first include all the initial details, such as locationsand car tax, known as Planning. Second, it includesthe design phase in which UI design of software, working models, search for libraries and models technology and tolls, and database. Third, the implementation includes the use and working of design. Implement as practical work inthe design phase via the application software. Fourth, the Testing phase includestesting and checking the software application. Finally, the deployment phase includes deploying software to the market in the working state.
Benefits of the Project- Result:
A software application is developed, which is deemed by a camera to scan the car's license plate number. The owner will register itself in the EasyToll software application. By registering in software applications, the
owner and government will have a record of registered cars. Then by crossing at a toll plaza, the camera will scan and check for the registered car by plate number and deduct tax from their account. Owners can send money to the EasyToll software application throughJazzCash, EasyPaisa, or HBL bank. In the final owner and government, both will have a record of paid tax by their plate number mentioned.
Technical Details of Final Deliverable- Conclusion:
By the use of the EasyToll software application, our proposal presents the outcomes as follows:
- The owner will have a record of paidtax.
- The owner can locate from which toll their car hascrossed.
- Owners don’t have to wait in thequeue.
- Low consumption of patrol.
- Environmentfriendly.
- E-Receipt by their platenumber.
- The government will also have a proper record of paid tax on registeredcars.
- Audit of money attoll.
- Economicallysupport.
- Collection of taxes by everyone.
