VAULT SECURITY SYSTEM
In this project, we present an automated vault security system that is based on IoT to sustain the security of any organization. The approach which is discussed in this project is finally achieved and the target is completed. It full fills all demands and needs that we have planned. Hence it concludes that this “IoT-based vault security system” has given 90% efficiency according to our plan. It completed the required goal of our team and its security level can increase by interfacing different sensors to it.
People always look for safe places to keep their valuable items and cash. Most of the people find vault as the most trusted place to store their valuables. The valuable assets stored in vaults often attract interests of burglars; due to this reason the vault security has been a very important factor to assure customers that their assets are safe. Biometrics validation, keypad locks, Burglar alarms, and armed security have been traditionally used by banks all over the world. This proposal aims at automating the vault security as well as automatically traps the burglar if he tries to breach security. We will be using two doors in our project instead of the traditional approach of using single door for vault, the first door works normally while the second gate (Hidden gate) has all the security features which we have implemented.
METHODOLOGY
When a burglar breaks the first gate of the vault and he enters the vault, then IR sensor detects the unusual activity and transmit the signal to the Raspberry-Pi.

Raspberry-Pi receives the distress signal from the ultrasonic sensor then it generates PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) which controls the direction of the servo motor for the gate mechanism.
We used MG996 Servo motor which is a heavy-duty motor with metal gears and it allows weight loading capacity and we use it for gate closing and gate opening mechanism. When the servo motor receives a PWM signal from raspberry pi it closes the door.
RFID uses radio frequency to match the store code in the form of a magnetic field store in the card. When the admin scan the card, it verifies the admin for the next verification.
In this phase fingerprint sensor scans the thumb/finger impression to verify the admin for OTP code.
The third verification is face detection through PI-CAM. We use OPEN CV.2 for image processing and we use Haar cascade method for image recognition.
7) GATE OPENING In this phase when all verifications are done then raspberry generates the PWM signal to turn on the Servo motor for opening the gate.

It is a server which is used to display the graphical result, respond to action and interact with our system. It is the platform of the internet of things (IoT) to reserve our data feeds and keep our data private by default and secure.
This server is created by our own effort and it uses an API key generated from IO ADAFRUIT which link our private server to raspberry-pi for the non-physical controlling.
We also add live streaming by an IP Camera which is linked to our Private Server.

The concept is implemented on our project is interfacing raspberry-pi to the security devices and construct a security system based on IoT (Internet of Things). We drive various peripherals through the python programming language. The process is running through programming code. The core component of the project was Raspberry Pi 3B and it was surrounded by different electronic peripherals such as ultrasonic sensor, fingerprint sensor, Pi camera, GSM (Global System for Mobile), 16x2 LCD screen and numpad through proper interfacing and connections. The Raspberry Pi 3B can control its block code written in Python programming language.
This project is actually an idea of providing a platform where the security, global control system and interfacing of raspberry pi B was analyzed. It is an example of training and getting familiar with new technology and get hands on experience with it.
In this project we have completed the 90% of task successfully that we have in our mind for the system. We have approximately 5 seconds of delay time to update our system by using internet. Our system’s face recognition program is 95% accurate but it takes 35 to 40 seconds to open camera for image recognition because of the load of the system, we can decrease the time delay by using latest models of Raspberry Pi. Finger print sensor is 90% accurate in order to read finger prints and RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) sensor reads card with 99% accuracy. The generated OTP code is different at every time
