Solar Powered Brick Kiln

We are trying to make the bricks (from clay) using solar energy. In this process we are using solar plate as a source of energy, and 2nd one temperature controller with datalogger for temperature maintenance and last one heating element for temperature achievement.

Project Summary

We are trying to make the bricks (from clay) using solar energy. In this process we are using solar plate as a source of energy, and 2nd one temperature controller with datalogger for temperature maintenance and last one heating element for temperature achievement.

Project Objectives

Following are the objective of Project:

  • It's environment friendly (pollution free)

  • Energy Efficient

and it will be used for

  • firing, drying, baking, hardening, or burning a substance, particularly clay products but originally also grain and meal.
  • The brick kiln was a major advance in ancient technology because it provided a stronger brick than the primitive sun-dried product.

Project Implementation Method

It involves

  • Set of Solar Plate (for source of Electricity/Energy)
  • Controller Circuit
  • Kiln Room (Arrange with Heating element)

  • One of the biggest advantages of using that kiln is that it is much faster to heat up and cool down
  • Energy Efficient
  • Pollution free
  • Process Efficient
  • It can be run throughout the year
  • Low maintenance cost
  • No Running charges
