In this modern age most of the manual systems are replaced with computerized system. Keeping this view, we have taken an attempt to computerized tuition Finding system that will play an important role in the field of our Tuition system. This is a smart application which is highly capable of searching tutors in the least time and remove unnecessary hassles efficiently. With this application the authenticated user can visit the app, see the profile of all available tuition/tutor, their location, expected tuition fee, class of education. They also can make connection with each other and communicate with each other through the chat system we provided and get the right tuition for them. There is an administrative part in the system including verify account, accept account. It is also facilitating to take report about any tuition/tutor and take initiative about them. Each student is afforded the type of personalized attention that simply cannot be found in schools. Working with a private home tutor will afford you the assurance that your tutors’ focus is entirely on what you are struggling with. This enables the tutor to get to the core difficulties far quicker than when in a classroom. Foundations of work that have not been correctly explained and thus not wholly implemented may be returned to and re-explained. This encourages a student to understand exactly what they are learning and will begin to feel more relaxed and confident as they recognize their own progress. One of the major benefits of tutoring services is the choice of tutor. At school students do not have a choice as to who they are taught by, and this can seriously impact on their results as 9 well as their personal experience within the classroom. It will be very easy to find a tutor in your area without wastage of time. This app will cover most of functionalities, requirements, drawbacks, limitations that are incomplete in other apps. For example, if parents need a home tutor for their children or tutor need a job online/physical and want to teach students then they can chat directly with tutors and can deal to each other without any type of hesitation to nearby tutors that will be near to their places according to their location. Tutor will upload their portfolio on their profiles and both users will review their profiles and can send request to tutor and can hire for tuition service. By implementing this system will help our students to find tutors near to him/her to help their study easily and freely at their homes without investing anything. In this system people get his/her current tuition condition also advice. It saves our valuable time and consume cost at a time. It will be secure system where parents can hire tutors without any type of fear because our tutors on this platform after full verification of qualifications. Because now a days security is a main issue in our society. we will try our best to provide a good tutor according to requirements. Your time is your wealth, and we will save your time.

Project Implementation Method

Incremental Model:

This system will be developed in module wise, first it must define its design and then their integration with other users as well as with admin. First it must develop simple users to check whatever the requirements of our project proposal are meeting with this project or not then we will develop the teacher-side module to integrate the work to hire and purchase demanded work. At the end admin module will be developed to monitories and check the work of users.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Tutor and Student Communication System is a very exciting topic to work. After going through the work, we faced many challenging tasks that are surprisingly related to our educational system. We researched so many communication tools that showed us the direction how to develop our system. We interact with the students that what type of problems they are facing. They were very happy to take this application as it will give them some relief in modern online era. We talked with several teachers, took some guideline that helped us a lot to develop this application. They encouraged a lot to do this project. Despite everything we achieved, we faced many challenges to finish this project. After all it’s an online based system so in real life both teacher and student need to follow the using rules otherwise its goal will be failed. It’s an innovative idea. The opportunities that provided through this application are huge. We interact with too many students, list their problems, try to understand the communication gap and come up with this application. Hope it will help them a lot. Although the overall system will bring some benefits for our country, some information needs to be considered. As we said earlier the system has message system but there is no audio and video communication system in ours. The system will remain suspended when the internet connection is closed, and no offline data will be accessed through it. For the future enhancement, there will be a scope for add audio and video communication system through the system. it will have some positive impact of find tuition process. Comparing to current system which is mostly use offline contact and get the tuition is a complex and time-consuming process, this online system will automate their way to get a tuition. In Pakistan we don’t have a single platform which provides teachers and parents to find a best and nearby tuition. There is not a single combined system for such purpose till now but separately they’re developed. Many teacher/Students of Pakistan with high qualification aren’t getting any work just because of the lack of such resources so this system tries to help them by building up a single application. There is not a single combined system for such purpose till now but separately they’re developed. By developing this system some skills will be polished like Java, Spring Boot, jQuery, React Native.
