Project Summary

After passing intermediate exams many students are confused about the university and the
requirement of the university plus it’s degree programs the university is offering and a lot of time
is been spend just to gather the information and everything, so we decide to present an idea which
will save the time and travel of student and will be done on the device they are using on daily
basis.
Following points will cover our summary and will give a clue on what we are trying to present.
* The student will be downloading our application which would on play store by the name of
UNIVERSITY FINDER.
* After getting sign up on this application the user would be asked to enter their id and pass will
they would set while sign up.
* After getting logged in the user would be asked about the intermediate percentage and the group
they chose in intermediate and about the degree they want to persuade in under-grad.
* After asking the main question and then the application would give them the result of university
name, there criteria (percentage), the degree program which university is offering.
* Once the result has been shown, the user can extract the result in excel sheet for saving the result
so that they don’t need to re answer the question again and again.
* The result would be showing everything about the university from its name, degree, fees and

Project Objectives

Once the project has been completed, our application would be able to serve to the
students who doesn’t have enough knowledge about the university or its criteria those
who are confused that which they can apply…. We have made this app which will make
their lives easier in finding the suitable universities.

Project Implementation Method

After user will download our application. The application will perform the following task.
1. Firstly the user would be asked to sign up on our application so that their email address
and number can be save to use and in future can be used by us to promote universities
and their short program.
2. After getting signup, the user would be asked to sign in in our application.
3. Once getting sign in, the user will be asked option like to search manually or by QR code.
4. If the user select manually, then the system will ask them question likes, Intermediate
percentage, intermediate group, Field of interest (optional).

5. Once the user enter the above details the name of universities would be shown to them
according to their field of interest for graduation.

6. Once the universities name are display, the user can click on any universities and there
requirement and criteria would be shown separately on other screen.
7. If the user go with QR option, so once the QR scan is done. A pdf would be displayed
according to the specific universities requirement which means all universities would be
having different QR code

Benefits of the Project

Well our product/project would be interesting as we will be visiting all universities in Karachi personally and collecting data according our requirement so it would be a tough task but we think it would the best part excluding the coding part. It’s important because we think it would save a lot time and research for future students as we would be giving our 100% into this project so they will just enjoy the fruit and most important no one has done it in Pakistan so we’ll be the first to be executing it on application and website level.
