Our system is the tracking app which will help the courier service company to grow their business by tracking the employees. It will assist the admin to keep an eye on the employees by tracking their live location, checking their attendance through their status and by viewing the details of the employee. Admin will check while the employee is working during his working hours and performing the task that has assigned to him. Our system will increase the overall productivity of the courier service system.

Project Objectives

Problem Statement:

There is no such system that generates the report through which admin can measure the performance and does not provide rights to the employee to view his performance report, show the shortest routes according to the destination, view location and chat with admin.

Solution:

Our solution is to develop such a system, through which admin can track the live location of each employee, will define the working hours and assign the tasks. This system will generate the report through which admin can measure the performance and will notify when the employee reaches the destination.

Solution Significance:

From this system we will ensure safety and security of the employees and their data and notify the admin about the employee so that admin can track them. It can make much easier for admin to manage the employees and can also save the time. The admin can easily measure the performance of the employees. On the other hand, the employees can view the all the possible routes to his destination and can choose the shortest path to save the time and deliver more and more parcels

Project Implementation Method

This is the tracking system for the facilitation of admin to track their employees. The system will interact with the database for all records. It will help the admin to view the live location of the multiple employees, chat with employees, display notification when employees reach the destination point, add or remove employees. The motivation is to provide all the employees detail to the admin. Employee will send a request and the admin has a right to accept or reject the request and the system will dispatch an email to the employee about the response. Admin will share the invitation code to add the employee. Our system will generate a profile against every employee, and can view or edit it. This system will provide an ease to generate report so that admin can calculate the performance of each employee.

Benefits of the Project

Our system will help the admin of the courier service company to track their employees by viewing their live location. Employee can reach the destination in lesser time with the help of given routes. Admin will be up-to-dated by notifications such as about the parcel delivered or battery down notification
