Project Summary

VFD System is designed to control the speed of the Induction motors that are widely used in Industrial Area like Crushers, Drilling Machines, Submarine Propellers, Inverters, Conveyor Systems where the speed of the Induction motor varies with the Load capacity and the Ambient Conditions like Temperature.

System is controlled both manually and automatically by the sensors assembled.

Project Objectives

To control the speed of Induction motors to have a smooth output at its rotating end to overcome the speed variations by the load or ambient conditions 

Project Implementation Method

Pulse width modulation technique used to vary the input frequency so that speed of the Induction motor can be maintained
