The I(IVR) will be trained enough to understand the users’ instructions and follow those instructions along via audio input through a voice call, and generate an output according to user input, here involve the machine learning the branch of AI (Artificial Intelligence), that will help system to be able to listen and recognize the words and even recognize the meaning then response accordingly.
it’ll be an exciting system to deliver the best way of personalization and self-service by saving time and effort it'll allow direct command interaction with system rather than waiting for the systems manual tree like instructions.
The main objective of the project is to design and build a system that can interact with basic user so that he/she can make use of voice commands to deal with system for to the point working, and system has capability of recognizing speaker's command, and process the request to perform the given task, minimize the complexity and save time.

For the purpose of our project we followed an incremental software building model as our project consists of several functional components to be developed in a incremental manner. In incremental model, the whole requirement is divided into various builds.
