Our project is solar powered rectangular flying wing. Basically it is a micro unmanned air vehicle, purpose for the surveillance, graphical location and reconization by using solar power in order to enhance its endurance and gain high altitude.
Our serve in different departments such as in agriculture, military, Ariel photography etc.
Main reason behind using solar energy instead of fossil fuels, because fossil fuel release heat which leads towards global warming. Secondly we know fossil fuel have more power efficiency but not long endurance.
Through solar energy we got long endurance from both solar cells and battery. Through camera we observe and patrol, if we attach high definition camera we do Ariel photography.
Our project is for those operators who want to patrolling, surveillance, photography etc. For agriculture surveillance and patrolling, Ariel photography through long endurance with cheap cost with environmental friendly project.
In these days on of the biggest problem is time, so charging and fuelling takes too much time so that’s why we include solar energy. Secondly surveillance, high altitude requires for the proper monitering
We have divided the implementattion into five phases.
So we started with first phase which is design finalize and design of structure of UAV flying wing,after the design finalization we design our uav structure on CATIA.
After that we manufacture the grey structure of our uav fliying wing.
In third phase we finlize our electrical equipments like motor, esc,battery,solar cells,transmitter, receiver.
In fourth phase we assemble and manufacture our parts and grey struture with electronices along with each other.
Last phase based on completely testing of components and equipments etc.
As our main objective is to promote ariel observation in remote areas, when people has no observation of there agriculture field, or area to surway, our project assist those who don,t have any kinda observation of there property,so that they don't have to pay extra to other persons for observation of their farms and other places.
At Day time it will operate with the solar power in the presense of sunlight, and at night it uses the battery powere.
Another benifit of our project is that it will give high altitude at low speed.
