From these applications they are called for interviews. After interview University has to do short listing manually.

Presently recruitment is done manually in GCWUS. If university needs employees they make an announcement through newspaper. People who are eligible send application to the university. From these applications they are called for interviews. After interview University has to do short listing manually.

Online Recruitment System is aimed at developing a web-Based and central recruitment Process System for GCWUS. Use of web recruitment systems like recruitment websites or jobsites also play a role in simplifying the recruitment process. The website will facilitate the jobseekers that they can register themselves at first, search for job and can apply for desired job and generate challan form.

Some features of this system will be post vacancies, Storing application data, notify shortlisted candidates through email and SMS also notify shortlisted candidates for test/interview through mail and SMS along with date/time/venue. It will made all the process easy.

Project Objectives

The objective of the website is to serve as a common meeting ground for jobseekers and employers, both locally and globally, where the candidates find their dream jobs and recruiters find the right candidate to fulfill their needs. This site is specifically designed for those who seek the most demanding and challenging positions in the university, with the most dynamic employers.

The following software tools will used for the development.

• Microsoft window XP /10 platform
• Microsoft visual studio.Net 2005
• Development plateform MVC (using C#.Net with  MS SQL server)
