This project is about developing an efficient water monitoring system. Three different ways to monitor the water such as water level monitoring, water contamination monitoring and water pipeline leakage monitoring.

The monitoring of the water standard is a complex process as it has several laboratory testing methods and time consuming. To overcome this difficulty, a real time monitoring of water goodness. Sensor water meters for the effectiveness, govern the quality of water. Here we are executing, system for monitoring the water goodness through different sensors pH, level sensor, leakage sensor and turn on and off motor automatically. The controller accesses the information which is monitored by the use of sensors. The accessed data are controlled by the usage of Microcontroller. the information is collected and the water pollution can be enquired, by a strict mechanism. To the addition, this system states an alert to the public and concerned subdivision or unit about the water. The atmosphere can have adaptable good water

Project Objectives

The solution we have proposed for this issue is the “SMART WATER MONITORING SYSTEM” it can detect the impurities in water and inform the user through an application that how contaminated the water is. In our project we are using different sensors to identify the impurities found in water it can also detect the level of water through water level sensors so that the motor can be automatically turned on or off depending on the level of  water . This system is highly scalable, faster and user friendly.

All project needs certain hardware or software requirements to be used efficiently. These prerequisites are known as system requirements.

The resource requirements of our project are divided into three categories which are Hardware resources, Software resources and the Human resources.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

We are developing a system which informs its user about impurities found in water. And it automatically on off the motor when water is low in tank. It will also generate a public service message in specific area about water impurities found in water.
