Biogas plant is actually friendly environment. It produces a pure gas methan 60 to 70% . By little emission of H2S. By filteration we can easily remove this. In this plant we use (cow dung) animal dung in which due to anaerobic reaction we get biogas.In developed countries use this technology for producing electricity, Biogas, etc like in china. 

Our purpose to construct a biogas plant in rural area of Tando Muhammad Khan  , there is unavailabiliy of natural gas for cooking .    They cooking through traditional means of direct combustion of biomass resources, such as firewood, straws, and crop residues.  This is resulted in evident environment , economic and public health issues. Therefore , utilization of a green energy sources, which is eco-friendly , one that would improve living conditions, health standards and the environment is necessary in meeting the energy demand. Biogas is a renewable form of energy that provides a cheap, clean and easily controlled source of energy for diverse purposes . It gradually replaces fossil fuels and direct combustion of biomass as energy sources, thereby lessening its harmful impact on the environment and human health. The composition of biogas is dependent on the substrate fed into the digester. 

Project Objectives

1.To construct a Biogas plant  in the village  to produce bio gas for cooking food. 
2.By product  wastage use as a fertilizer for farms to enrich there growth.
3.To provide sanitation infrastructure and remove health issues by providing bio gas.

Project Implementation Method

In our project we use 30 litre plastic drum. Its size depends on no.of people's. Other equipments are used along with. Like gas pipe, valves, especial stoves, PVC pipes 3 inches etc. Location selection is necessary so, we selclect a location where animal dung is available, water availability, and fields near it for wastage of slurry. This wastage is very powerful for fields fertilizer which enhance the growth of fields. 

On daily basis we get gas for cooking easily

It can be transport by compressing it into cylinder.

It is eco-friendly.

It reduces pollution.

It once time installation then get energy on daily basis.

Less  maintainess required.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

It is small plant and prototype. So it is easily to install any where. We use a plastic drum because it never corroded , easily we can make it leak proof . This is public requirement as a lot of loadshedding in gas.
