A Smart Property Recommendation Application is an application that enables rental property owners and managers to execute a considerable number of essential daily tasks--including managing and tracking tenant information, accounting and billing, maintenance, and posting vacancies online--to help all operations run smoothly for a given property.

Project Objectives

The project objective is to offer feasibility to the user; people need a home, apartment, or commercial area like a shop, office etc on rent, which is bear to their workplace, school, college, university, hospital, and their budget, etc. To get the best place on rent is annoying for someone. A lot of time is wasted in visiting agents, then apartments or house. So. We are developing this application to facilitate User and Estate Agents.

Project Implementation Method

In this project, according to our use-case we are using agile methodology. Thus, there are numerous agile methodologies and so far we opt for the Kanban methodology of agile methods

Because :

Kanban is a popular framework used to implement agile and DevOps software development. It requires real-time communication of capacity and full transparency of work. Work items are represented visually on a Kanban board, allowing team members to see the state of every piece of work at any time.

Benefits of the Project

After analyzing and surveying, we came to know that: the person/buyer is not only interested in customizing their search through filters based on price, location, area, bedrooms, etc but they also want recommendations.

The benefit of the project can be expressed as: we allow users to predict the future price of the properties based on past statistics. 

Although, we recommend buyers' schools, colleges, hospitals, food courts, restaurants based on filtered location.

Above are the benefits of the project that end user will be facilitate.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

The technology we used for the frontend is React Native and for the backend, we used Nodejs, Expressjs, Mongodb (database).

Moreover, the application will be based on a three-tier architecture. A three-tier architecture is a client-server architecture in which the functional process logic, data access, computer data storage, and user interface are developed and maintained as independent modules on separate platforms.
