care service delivery is the management and delivery of health services for comprehensive preventive
and curative services, according to the needs of individuals over time and across various
levels of health system. Quality health care services are important for increasing everyone’s
quality of health, gaining quick access into a health care system, preventing disease and disability,
detecting and treating health conditions, and thus preventing death due to negligence
Because this era is of technology and everything is starting to become smart day by day and all
this is the basic concept of a smart city.This product is designed to provide assistance to doctors as well as the patients. A doctor sitting
just Inside his cabin or home can check on a patient or number of patients or an athlete or
a soldier or an older person and can inform him/her about health on regular basis.
The product is very user friendly as it is a Arm band and he/she doesnt have to appear physically
to a doctor .Doctor will have a gui build interface on which he can check his/her previous
records and also can check through graphs and all this is being saved on cloud and that is its Biggest advantage. As all of patients record being saved on cloud, so can be accessed from any geographical location.
The purpose of this project is to monitor and improve the quality of care of people at remote
locations and to provide ongoing information about the patient to make better health decisions
in a critical situation and to reduce the regular control of elderly patients. Helps the doctor to
monitor their patients at any time, except their counseling schedule.
Improving home care facilities and regular health updates for clinicians reduce the chances of
overpayment or inadequate care. It improves patient care and safety by reducing overall care
costs.
The Internet of Things (IoT), collect and share information directly from patients and also make
it possible collect, record, and analyze the New Data Flow faster and more accurately
Attached to the arm band there are three sensors namely the Ecg sensor( AD 8232) , pulse sensor
, Temprature sensor (DS 18B20)
The sensors are interfaced on an arduino board .
First of all the patient or athlete whoever uses the product will attach the sensors with the body
and after few seconds this data will be available on the android app through the Hc-06 bluetooth module and that app will send the data to cloud.
Mltiple patient’s health data is remotely available to the doctor.Also ,whenever the patient’s
health condition is severe the doctor is informed instantly. Using the app the patient himself
can know about his/her body cridentials.
This product is an internet enabled device. If a doctor due to some reasons cannot physically
attend the patient , the data can be visualized on his desktop computer or a tablet or mobile
phone .
Without any cabling or without any wiring structure the sensors data is send wirelessly to cloud.
Off duty the doctor can have information about the patient. Using this medical history of every patient is stored and doctor can check previous ad current situaton of every patient and the doctor can also prescription.
With IoT, patient monitoring can be done in real-time, drastically cutting down the need for doctors going out and making visits. Connected home care facilities will also help reduce hospital stays and re-admissions.
Fewer errors - IoT ensures accurate data collection, automated workflows and minimal waste, but above all it reduces the risk of errors.
Lower Costs - With IoT, patient monitoring can be performed in real time, dramatically reducing the need for doctors to go out and visit. Connected home care facilities will also help to reduce hospital admissions and admissions.
Better Patient Experience - A connected healthcare system creates an environment that meets the needs of every patient. Dedicated procedures, improved treatment options and improved accuracy of the diagnosis ensure a better patient experience.

Technical Details of Final DeliverableFinal deliverable is expected to be on a wireoboard or most probably pcb if we have enough time. and it would be around the arm and as we are working smartly so it would be portable.
