The idea for this app comes when lockdown happened.Whole world was suffering from this pandemic.Gym lovers were so worried about their workout sessions.Some how if they manage to get workout equipment to home still they were confused are they doing exercise in a right way?

Secondly, If gym opens:

This portable mirror will come in handy for situations when your gym instructor is late, not available, or for cases when you don’t have enough money to afford a gym instructor. For instance, your instructor is absent, and you do not know if the exercise you are doing is correct or not. You can keep this mirror to look at your exercises and whenever you are not accurately doing an exercise the mirror will tell you your error, give you solutions for correcting those errors, and also keep track of your progress.

Project Objectives

The main Objective of this of this portable exercise mirror is that it will help correct all your postures while you workout on yourself at the home. This portion will consist of a camera that acts as a mirror and plays the role of your very own personal gym instructor. Gym lovers can take this smart and portable mirror with them and keep it in front of them at the gym while performing exercises.

Project Implementation Method

1.First we have trained our model on google colab

2.Then via that model file we have used ide vs code in which we worked on detection

3.To detect exercise via camera this was our aim and we have achieved that.

4.Our final result will be displayed on two way mirror connected with led and camera.

THIS WILL BE CALLED AS SMART EXERCISE MIRROR.

Benefits of the Project

Working out in front of a fitness mirror allows you to double-check and fine-tune your form. This is crucial not only because it enhances the advantages of various strength training activities, but it also helps prevent injuries and mishaps when exercising. It can also save your time because you don't have to go gym and can do exercise at the home with your comfort and with your selective timing.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Using Machine Learning, Image processing and Artificial Intelligence, We are creating an application which will analyze the human posture and will also detect the type of exercise they are doing and it will count the repeatition of the exercise.
