Expensive Tracking is very common nowadays. This will be in use for single person or it can be used by a group of persons or family members. The main advantage of using this is to facilitate the people to predict their daily expenses of the home after a specific date or time or they can also visualize it on individual basis or by any member of the family.

They can have access of tracking all of their expenses or just one attribute of the expense and can also identify that particular person or member who is doing maximum expenses day by day.

Project Implementation Method

Project Implementation Methods

We will develop this system in three modules:

1. In first module we will develop an app through which user can login as a personal account and can monitor and manage record of himself.

2. In sceond module the user can login as an admin and can create a group through which he could manage and monitor the records of all the users.

3. In third module user can join other groups and manage record of himself and the record of the group.

When the user creates the Personal Account he has to choose the category and sub category of that specific Item/Attribute.

After choosing that category he will submit the record of the data and according to his choice a table will created. The uses can add records according to that table.

So users can easily track personal record and predict that if he does carry on the expenses in the same speed then after some time its graph will be in the form of how much increase or decrease will be there and which attribute will be more effecting its expenses.

On the other hand, when the user creates a group so in that case the user will work as an admin that can add or remove others users.

Admin creates category and sub category at the first time and create a table according to admin requirements. Admin and other users can add records on daily basis. Admin can track easily with this data.

Artificial Intelligence will predict that if all users will do expense in such a way then visualization graph will be increase or decrease after the future date and time and also tracks the user that will do more expense according to the previous record.

1) This is a Web-Based Application. The user can open it on PC and Cellphone also.
