Project Summary

The basic idea of this project is to replace the old complaint systems with new AI based smart complaint management systems. In this project,the user sees the run time progress of the complaint they file. The system also displays which type of keywords have been used the most by the complainants. All the complaints are visible to everyone and if they feel the same way, they can add their vote to that complaint in order to increase the priority of that complaint. As soon as the complaint is seen or if any action is taken, the user will see that on their dashboard and upon the complition of the complaint the user will also be notified by gmail and through mobile app also being created in the project. The mobile app will only be used to see the notification of the complaints they file. 

Project Objectives

The objective of this project is to show run time progress of the complaints being filed by students/teachers. Other than that , the system displays the kinds of emails being sent by targeting the keywords being used most frequently in the complaints. All the complaints are visible to everyone to read and if they agree they can just add their vote to increase the priority of the complaint. If a user files a complaint that has been filed before and is under rewiew, the system shall notify the user and will ask the user if they want to add thier vote that complaint;

Project Implementation Method

For Web hosting, we are using hostinger domain and hosting. for mobile application we are using flutter. the framework being used for the project is laravel 9.

The users register and login to their accounts and file compalints using the web and will recieve notifications on gmail as well as on mobile application using SMS API 

Benefits of the Project

This project will replace all the old ,obselete and time concuming methods of complaint management with new, smart and using upto date technology to provide run time progress of the complaints being filed as compared to the old system in whcih the user had no idea what was the status of the complaint until they recieved an email or a phone call from the admin department. This system will reduce/eliminate completely worry of the user about thier complaint and fatigue of going again and again to the office to ask about the progress or of waiting until the final answer by showing the real time progress of the complaint whereever the user is.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

The Final System has one web application where the users can register and login to thier accounts from where they can file complaints, see other compalints, add their votes, see the run time progress of their complaint. search specific complaints and visually see the most common keywords used by users while filing complaints . Other than that, an android application where they will recieve a notifcation once their complaint is completed and final verdict has been given
