Project Summary

The world is moving fast and getting faster everyday with this changing world one needs to be dynamic and fast in every aspect of life. The world is moving on online systems. So, we should have move to online system as well. In our country traffic police department is facing hard times due to increased number vehicles and rate of traffic violations. Mostly people do not keep their License, Id card and vehicles document with them. In this case Wardens faces difficulty to verify the records and impose fine on them. On the other hand, people face many problems to pay their challans. 

We are providing a platform for Citizens and Wardens to verify the records view challans and Pay them online through this site. 

Project Objectives

As mentioned above there are few sites that already exists, but they are working separately at different methodologies. We cannot view our record at a single place. Whereas Smart Citizen is providing information of Id Card, License, Vehicle and Challan at single place. 

These sites do not have appropriate security i.e. Login, Password. We are providing proper user logins for Wardens and Citizens. 

There is no way to view records if you do not remember your Id Card number. We are providing an option to search records by finger print. 

There is no way to pay challans online. We are providing a facility to pay challans by single click using Smart Wallet.

Benefits of the Project

The main purpose of our web application is to digitize the traffic system and to reduce the burden on traffic wardens. Our web application will be hailed as big facility by the citizens. By implementation of our web application paper, fuel and time of the citizens will be saved. 

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

There are three major classes of users for our system: 

Admin will maintain site and give roles to the users 

Citizens will view record of their documents and challans either paid or yet to be paid and can also pay them online. For under aged user's challan will be generated on vehicle's owner.  

Warden will generate challans of offenders. will check their previous payment records or if they are eligible to drive or own the vehicle.
