Project Summary

Our project is providing ease to the common citizen in a city or town. This web application makes the communication easy between the institutions and the citizen. It directly connects a common citizen to heads of institutions (WAPDA, WASA, POLICE, SSGC). A citizen can share any problem with them online, he or she can also submit the FIR online to the police, and the FIR receipt would be received via email by the citizen.

    In case of emergency this web app has all contact details of Fire brigade, Ambulance service or police in town or city.

     By using it, a common citizen can directly  submit complain about several social problems like(sewerage system, street roads, etc) to the councilors of that area. Councilors list would be available of the city or town. In case the councilor is not paying attention to citizen’s complain, Citizen can also contact to the higher authorities like Chairman or Mayor of that area in order to complain about the councilor, by sending them application in pdf or word format.    

    By using this web application a citizen can get the appointment from any available doctor he wants to consult in the city. The doctors list would be available. Doctors have options to signup on the portal.

2.City councilors, Chairman & Mayor can be reached easily. 

3.Citizens will remain in touch with the municipal authorities. 

4.Various institutions are available for complaints and contact.

Project Implementation Method

The interfaces of sign up and login forms for user, institutions, muncipal setup and health&care would be created in early stages, after that databases would be created to handle data of institutions, muncipal setup, user and health&care, then themes and animations would be added to the web application to make the website attractive.
