Providing reliable transport facilities to Faculty and Staff is one of the priorities of a university. A faculty member or staff request the transport officer to arrange the vehicle for their field work. The transport officer manually check the availability of vehicles. And some time because of work load and some other problems transport officer may forget to arrange vehicle. This may be annoying for both transport officer and as well as staff to wait for transport officer response. Hence, this Project attempts to provide the transport officer and the faculty with real-time arrange the vehicle through software and transport officer may track the vehicle.The basic purpose provides an opportunity to make the current transport system more reliable by providing faculty and transport administrators with the information that they need. With this system, any faculty member having a smart phone can check the availability of vehicles.It also notify the transport officer if two or three person may go to same route so that transport officer allot them same vehicle.System is designed to optimize resource also enable the transport office to track status of the vehicle’s via android app.

   Decrease the workload of manual allotment of vehicles
   An online mechanism for vehicle reservation
   Automated review system
   Vehicle log can be maintained
   Vehicle route is tracked for the complete journey

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

It is Tracker which Track all the vehicles of the SIBA University via software and also optimize the resources by allocating the same vehicle to the people who have work on the same city or place.
