Project Area of Specialization Mechatronics EngineeringProject SummaryThe Basic idea for making SRB(sewage resolution bot ) is to provide basic requirment to the humanity of hygiene maintenance and also utilized during unforeseen emergency situation .In 3rd word countries have lack of delevopment plans and literacy & capital.due to less literacy ration in the countries people have very less knowledge of disposal of wastage so they dispose there wastage in the seawage line without considering the adverse outcomes that is where SRB comes into play as it is build to resolve the path and provide a clear passage to the sewage water to flow by the mechanical operations such as cutting or drilling under water for this purpose an insulated body is created.It provide advantage of clearance in the highly populated area to minimize the infrastractural damage . The SRB can be operated and monitored through various platforms. The mechanical operations are performed by High-speed motors and also the same configuration are use for the purpose of to-and-fro motion of the bot. control unit is insulated inside to control and interact with the user commands. sensor are established to detect the blockage area and also for the Robot safety itself
Project Objectives- To design and develop the SRB is to resolve the path of sewage /drainage system.
- A insulated body to work under-water.
- mechanical operations such as cutting or drilling.
- to attain bot safety.
- connectivity through different platform.
- blockage detection.
The signal can be send through various platforms which would be detected by the the controller in the insulated body and the controller is connected with the motors and the sensors.on receiving the signal it raspberry pi generate signal and trigger the motor-drivers to operate them and control their speed. the ultrasonic sensor will be used for bot safety and distance maintenance from ground to protect the external mechanical component and also for detection of the blockage ahead.

- Through this device we can avoid the large destruction in the lines.which causes the inconvinience for the road user
- It is a smart way of cleaning the chocked lines
- Through this device we can save lots of money consuming on re-construction of new sewage lines and re-carpeting the roads
- provide the hygiene to the locality
- It would be essential because it can operate in emergiency situation.such as heavy rain fall.
- It will provide the hygiene to the worker of the corporates or goverments related bodies . worker as sweepers

The controller is used for controlling the component such as motor and sensor. - Motor driver-
It is used to control and alternate the speed of motors interecting with controller . - Motors-
It will be used for propelling & cutting and drilling purpose and also for the beyonce chamber worker - ultrasonic sensor -
It will detect the blockage & the protection mechanism for the bot - Swim mechanism -
Beyonce chamber is created . - Cutter or Drill -
Rotation cutter or drill will be installed on shaft of motor. - Battery pack-
For sustainability battery backup is neccessary.
