Secure Pick and Drop System for Kids
The proposed project will be of three modules, drivers, parents and admin panel for the schools. Parents can monitor their kids traveling through school by tracking the live location of the drivers and will be notified when the kids are picked or dropped.
A mishap during kids traveling can be minimized by the geofencing, real-time live location of the drivers and speed limitation, which will be notified by the application.
Schools can manage the kids traveling through the admin panel.
The aim of this project is to address the security concerns regarding kid’s travel. The security situation has to uprise the parent's concerns related to kids travelling. Most of them usually don’t prefer busses or private vans instead, drop their kids by own which takes time. Busy schedules have made kids travelling a hectic task for the. For that, they usually look for school pick and drop system which is quite conventional and facilitate in a not appropriate way. Overcrowed school buses lead the parents to move toward private pick and drop service provides but still security concerns remains the same. For them, live monitoring through their mobile phones will make minimize the concerns of kids travelling of parents. Parents can monitor all kids travelling through a single platform in an easy manner at any time. Our proposed application will also generate alerts, if a driver is out of the track, or speeding his vehicle from a certain limit. On every activity, parents will be notified. Parents can also give their views about the driver through the rating and reviewing system, which will be helpful, so that kid’s protection can be maximized.

This will benefit the working parents whose kids go to school and they dont know the whether or not their kids has reached the school or home safel. Many kids are kidnapped from their journey to and from school. This way it can reduce the chances of it. Also not everyone can afford gadgets or wearables for their kids and they dont want their kids to carry a mobile phone so just by drivers smart phone, they can be tracked.
The proposed project will be able to track the movement of the vehicle just with the help of a smartphone. It will also track if the vehicle is driving at a safe speed and when it overspeed, the parents will be notified. In case, if the vehicle goes out of the virtual boundry, parentswill be notified. Parents will be able to review the drivers and rate their progress.
