Study of Protein at cellular level will help us to understand its activities. Our project deals with the implementation of neural network in protein with the help of which we will extract features of protein.

Project Objectives

•TO FIND PERCENTAGE OF ALPHA HELIX IN SECONDARY STRUCTURE OF PROTEIN USING MACHINE LEARNING.

Project Implementation Method
  1. we will use database of protein already availableif
  2. we will train the data base 
  3. then testing will be performed
  4. we will use 2 different algorithms of supervised machine learning
  5. compare the result of two algoritms in terms of detecting the aplha helix in secondary structure

PROTEIN IDENTIFICATION IS A MAJOR TASK OF PROTEOMIC LAB WHICH TAKES A LOT OF TIME SO TO REDUCE THE TIME AND MEN EFFORT WE ARE FINDING THE PERCENTAGE OF ALPHA HELIX IN SECONDARY STRUCTURE OF PROTEIN USING  MACHINE LEARNING
