Project Summary

Project will provide software and hardware to poultry farmers to get real-time notifications and monitoring of 100s and 1000s farm houses within a country and across the world, to smoothen their operations, processes and management to adopt proactive approach rather than reactive approach after huge losses, solution is over all highly admired and accepted in Pakistan Poultry Industry, for proper commercialized setup this can boost Pakistan’s local & export potential economy, create jobs in manufacturing, operations and management.

Our solution will provide following features for poultry industry worldwide;

Central Monitoring of 100s & 1000s Farms within/Outside the country

  1.  Real- Time SMS notification and minute by minute Data extraction of;
    • Environment Quality – Temp, Humidity, Static Pressure, Lightening
    • Air Quality – Dust Particles, CO2, NH3 and Oxygen
    • Water Quality – pH, TDS, Dissolved Oxygen, TSS, Temp & Conductivity
    • Equipment Efficiency including Fans, Pads, Feeding Trolleys, Water Lines

       and Electricity Consumption (Bill Units, Current, Voltages)

  1. Single Dashboard for Monitoring and Management of 100s & 1000s of Poultry farms.
  1. Business status at a glance such as profit, loss, production, and health.
  1. Monitoring from anytime, anywhere.
  2. No need of trained Staff
  3. Real-time triggers in SMS, emails, Notifications to take immediate actions
  4. Real-time Water Quality Monitoring like Moisture, TDS, EC, Oxygen & Temperature
  5. Real-time monitoring of required Static pressure, lightening and air flow per bird      
  6. Gas Detector detects gases and their levels, CO, CO2, H2S, NH3, O2, CH4
  7. Intelligent data collection and analysis to improve effectiveness
  8. Displays Overall Equipment Effectiveness
  9. Energy consumptions monitoring & performance
  10. Reporting mechanism to view & compare strategies and planning, with previous production cycles
  11. PEMS provide analytics about the diseases their causes, levels & preventive actions recommendation

Project Implementation Method

The project implementation will be based on following flow:

  1. Product development of devices to meet international standards for commercial
  2. R&D required for some advanced features like automatic weighing, feel like temperature of birds, Bio-Surveillance
  3. Proper setup for Marketing this solution for national and international companies
  4. Global Sales setups to target sales in poultry specific countries
  5. Setup for Operational, infrastructure and managerial departments

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

The system is fully based on 4th Industrial revolution based technologies like IoT, Big-Data and Artificial Intelligence. The project technical flow will be as under;

- On physical layer various types of sensors and detectors will be used to sense the environmental attributes.

- Microncontrollers will be used to collect those sensing data from various sensors, this will be used as edge devices to get data on ground and push on cloud.

- There would be gateway used, that will provide secure, reliable & authorized connectivity with physical and cloud layer

- There will be a cloud which will be capable to hold highly frequent data from edge devices from varous farms

- There would be front application to access all poultry systems for central monitoring

- Real-time notifications will be pushed for environmental information and abnormal conditions of the farms
