Computer technology is used to provide facilities to user to perform their job quickly and accurately. This is why the computer is used in most of organization to maximize the efficiency and the performance of the organization.

Computer technology also made it easy that everybody includes rich or poor, can access the System. The online semester academic system is to provide online system to the students who can easily access their academic performance everywhere.

 In this project we will create online semester academic system for university students in which we will show online the students attendance, assignments, quizzes, tests, presentation, grades, GPA and CGPA. The students can see their session marks easily. The students parents will be linked through notification and they will see their sons/daughters performance easily.

Project Objectives

This project is consist of the following fields which will help to the students.

 Academic Performance

In this project we will show online the students session marks like assignments, test, Quizzes, presentation and attendance marks.  

 Exam Activity

The students exam performance will be show on the website. The students GPA/CGPA will be show online and students can see their exam activity easily.

 Student Grades

The students grades will be show on the main website of the university. Every student and their parents can easily see their grades.

 Parents-University linkage

The students parents will be linked through message. The students parents will be sent message about their son/daughter performance and they can see their performance at the end of the every semester.

Transparency, Fast and Efficient

This type of system will be transparent and their will be no confusion and every student can see their assignments, test, quizzes, presentation and attendance. This type of system will be fast and efficient.

The proposed system will follow and implement the Agile Process Model.

Agile SDLC model is a combination of iterative and incremental process models that focus on process adaptability and customer satisfaction by rapid delivery of working software product. Agile Methods break the product into small incremental builds. These builds are provided in iterations. Each iteration typically lasts from about one to three weeks. The parents of the students also check and examine the performance of thier childern. The parents will be link with the university through message and they will be aware the performance of thier childern.
