In this busy world searching of tutors for any subject is a very difficult. In order to make it simple here with we proposed an idea to find a subject expert tutor through web base application. The proposed work has the common platform where the tutor and the student can access on their respective available views. At first the teachers/students/Admin need to register themselves. After registering, registered candidates can log in by giving username and password.  Students can view the availability of the subject expert based on rating of the tutor. This system will help to find tuition teachers from nearby locations. Teachers can also get student just by logging into the website and setting up the profile. In the system there are three entity namely, Admin, students and Tutor. Admin can login, manage tutor by adding new teachers and updating their profiles.  Admin can also check for the registered students.  Students can register and login, tutors can be viewed by student. After choosing the suitable teacher students can send a request to the teacher. Teacher will have two options ACCEPT/REJECT. If the teacher accept the request then teacher & student can communicate with each other in the inbuilt chat box and can exchange numbers.  Students can filter and select the tutor and after selecting student will raise the request of demo attend lecture. After attending the lecture they can book the tutor online, rate the tutor. Tutor can login by using credentials which will be provided by mail. They can check for the request for demo lecture and accept the request.  They can also check the booking done. Attendance will be calculated on system. Payment not   in system but payment calculation in system. So as a teacher a teacher can see earning in the year and as a student a student can see  how many amount he paid to any tutor. This system will be helpful for students to find their tutor.

Project Objectives

The main objective of this project is to develop a web base application that can manage the process finding tutor. The objectives of this project are as follows:

1. To develop a platform for student to find tutor outside the class based on subject they need more attention.

2. To design a proposed system for finding tutor based on student’s rating using normalization technique.

3. To develop system of Tutor Finder based on student’s rating to rank or review the best tutor around user.

4. The purpose of “Tutor Finder” app is a tool to assist the students/parents to find private tutors in an interactive manner.

5. It aims to complement the efforts of a student to find a desirable teacher.

6. Elimination of travel time for both students and tutors.

7. Students can get highly qualified tutors at affordable prices.

In designing, we will use UML diagrams because we will follow OOP.

  PHP will use for the backend.

 HTML, CSS, will use for the front end.

  MySQL as a database for data storage.
