Online khata app is a FREE application for personal and commercial use. Udhaar app helps you manage credit (Udhaar) with customers and supliers.

Our Project is an Android based Application. The main purpose of this project is to make the whole process easy of writing down about debit and credit of business.

The manager of business does not need to write all the debits and credits manually on Notebook OR diary. This application keeps the record of a business safe. It is easy to manage an application rather than a lot of notebooks. This application can be implemented in almost all of the businesses because in each business there is a need to keep the record about debits and credits.

Make the data of a business safe
Keep the record of all Customers Separately
Notify the customers to pay their dues.

Project Implementation Method

We will build a android based application which stores and manages the data of a business or shop. We shall upload the android application to Play Store. The application will be advertised and the owners of a business where debit and credit exist can use this application to store their data and then use it when they need.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

We will build an android Application and the application will be attached to a database. The database will be created in a dedicated server. We have chosen a dedicated server so that the data can be stored and fetched very quickly. A dedicated server can easily handle the data of this application. This application will be also configured with firebase so that the users can easily sign up using their Phone Number. After completely the application it will be published on the Play Store.
