Project Area of Specialization Software EngineeringProject Summary The Online fuel station management system objective is to provide a system which manages the activities of many fuel stations at a time .              The fuel station management system is a generic project which can manage the manager work of multiple fuel stations and is used to manage and maintain their sales detail, employee details , keeping record of  inventory system ,daily and monthly report generation, automatic billing system, stock report generation, salesman wise reports generation , meter reading system, shift wise reports , salary auto calculation, online fuel demand from company , auto balance sheet and income statement generation etc .The project brings the entire manual process of fuel stations which is paper based , to an online system which can save and reduces the chances of mistakes in manual calculations.The main purpose of this project is to simplify the process of all manual calculations of sales or all the money management in the fuel stations, and will be performed by this system automatically. It provides quick access to any data.    The system users(managers) will consume less amount of time as compared to manual paper work  or calculations through the automated system . Project Objectives After successful completion of this project, we will get a web based software  which will be user friendly and responsive  so that users and managers can easily understand, use it and take much more benefits regarding automation of fuel stations . This system will be aaplicable for all fuel stations and can manage different activities of multiple fuel stations. Now we developing it only for three fuel stations but it will be extended later.        No one manager can either view or access data of any other of them.  Objectives are the following : Project Implementation Method  For the development of the proposed system  will use Agile Development Process . In software  development , the term “agile” means the ability to respond to changes. Changes may be from requirements , technology , tools and  people. Agile model is a combination of incremental and iterative process model. Agile methods breaks the product into small incremental build . Every iteration involves cross functional teams working at the same time on various area  like requirements , analysis , coding , testing .                                                   Agile method of development is iteration based ,  So we can easily change in any iteration of the development process .    The tools required are: Benefits of the Project  Advantages of the project are : Technical Details of Final Deliverable The proposed system is online and will be develop using HTML, CSS ,Bootstrap, PHP , JAVASCRIPT and My SQL  languages . Therefore it gives more facilities than present systems. It provides quick access to any data. In this system user have to enter the data only once and then it get linked with all files. This reduces the workload of the system user and it is also a time saving process.  Design: First of all we  will start  the Design Phase of the project , and we will continue work till the project completion. We will design a user interface that is easy to use , reliable and can perform all fuel station activities . We will use HTML, CSS , PHP and JAVASCRIPT for Design phase Implementation: The Implementation Phase will include the following aspects:  We will use My SQL to build our proposed system database.              Based on our design, we will use HTML , CSS , and                                JAVASCRIPT   to develop the user interface.
