Worldwide, the medical field is digitizing its records and reducing the concept of using traditional hard copies. The medical record Tracker software can provide all available medical data of a patient. With this medical records system, patient information from all consultants, medical staff, and clinicians around the entire health care organization can be recorded electronically. It will also collect all the essential information about a patient’s medical background and their treatments over a period. This software will improve the workflow process and speed up the work by cutting down the time spent retaking a patient’s history again. This software will not be limited to a specific hospital, rather it would be on a larger scale including every firm present in the country. This software will be handled by the medical staff which would also track record of the doctors using the software as it will only be provided to those who have a license to use it.

It is also a comprehensive record tracking app through which the certified Doctors of the state or country who are registered to go through or have access to check the medical status of any citizen registered in this application. Further, it is the replacement for reckless paper record that hold the odds and end of your medical history. Thus, all the important information is kept together in one place.

Thus, it provides a more holistic view of health.

a complete record of a patient's key clinical data and medical history, such as demographics, vital signs, diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, progress notes, problems, immunization dates, allergies, radiology images, and laboratory and test results.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Testing Phase

A range of test patients will be created in the production environment with distinctive names and be specifically flagged in databases as test patients. 

The software will be given to limited number of alpha testers who will test it on test patients. Next, the feature will be enabled for a small group of clinician beta testers who will first test it on test patients and then use it for routine care of actual patients with careful monitoring. Once the alpha and beta testing are passed, the feature or upgrade will be released, Ongoing regression testing of key features would be done on a routine basis by testers (supplemented with automated test scripts) on test patients in the production environment to guard against the inadvertent introduction of new errors.
