The main purpose of this project is to link and bring all major private medical clinics of the country to a single platform. So that patients can easily get access to the doctor's profile and make online appointments. The second purpose is to create an online medical history database so that doctors and patients can freely manage patients' medical history information much easier, faster, and safer.

The main purpose of this work is to provide ease and comfort to patients while taking appointment from doctors and it also resolve the problems that the patients has to face while making an appointment .

Medical Healthcare Wellness is a Web-based application that allows individuals to conveniently and securely book their appointments and reservations online through any Web-connected device, such as a computer, laptop, Smartphone or tablet. They typically access the online scheduling system through a “Book Now” button found on a Web site or page. Once a date and time are selected, the system will automatically confirm the booking and instantly record it within the system, without any staff action needed.

Project Objectives

The main objective of the Doctor Appointment System is to manage the details of Doctor, Patient, Test, Medicine, Booking Number. It manages all the information about the Doctor, Appointment, Booking Number, Doctor. The project is totally built at the administrative end and thus only the administrator is guaranteed the access. The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work for managing the Doctor, Patient, Appointment, Test. It tracks all the details about the Test, Medicine, Booking Number.

In addition to online scheduling, online scheduling systems also come equipped with other beneficial features like automated e-mail and text message reminders, which the system sends out to patients and booked individuals on a specific date prior to their scheduled appointment; recording and record-keeping capabilities that make it quick and simple to access data associated with a specific appointment; and repeat patient reminders, which the system sends out automatically when a specified amount of time has expired between appointments.

The proposed project is online doctor appointment system that provides patients an easy way of booking a doctor’s appointment online. This project offers an effective solution where users can view various booking slots available and select the preferred date and time. This system is very much useful to save the patients timing and also easy to analyze the doctor availability. The patient can easily interact with doctor for their problem and get solutions from the doctor. Another advantage is that the doctors can easily knowing the duty time and duration.
