“Mazdoor Haazir” is a platform that connects customers to the skilled, experienced, and reliable service professionals in their own locality. “Mazdoor Haazir” is the one-stop destination for all area's needs which includes a cemetery, concrete laborers at your doorstep. The goal is to develop a platform with the name of “Mazdoor Haazir” for Mistri and laborers where they can find the opportunities of work according to their availability and location preference. On the other side, people will find the laborers with a few clicks by registering on the application.

Project Objectives

To develop a platform (mobile application) namely “Mazdoor Haazir” for the mistris and laborers where they can get the work opportunities by just registering on the platform and the users will hire them according to their needs. Additionally, they can upload their previous work images/videos and maintain their portfolio, which helps them and the user (the people who are looking for laborers) have a good idea about their skill set.

Project Implementation Method

Project Implementation Method: We will be using the combination of the iterative process model as well as an incremental process model that is called Agile methodology. The agile method distributes the products into small incremental builds and these types of builds are released in iterations. Each iteration commonly continues from about one to three weeks. Each iteration requires cross-functional working team on different areas at the same time like:

Planning, Requirements Analysis, Design, Coding, Unit Testing, and Acceptance Testing

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

This system will be based on (Cloud database) technology, and this can be run on any network environment, in this system there are user’s login panel. There are three types of users in this system:

The normal user:

Users can view the different laborers/contractor’s profile and can contact them by visiting their profile. The user can post the requirements on the platform and see the requests of how many people apply on them.

The contractor/Companies:

The laborers/companies have access to manage their profiles by uploading their work and can apply on the job of the user and also can add comments on that post.

Admin: Admin will manage all the administrative work like user’s authentication, contract creation, post creation and will manage all the user or companies accounts.
