The growth of the internet has turned the world into one global village. Geographical separation is not a hindrance for people around the world to meet each other. Virtual Classroom concepts have become popular and people are advancing in the direction of social networking.

Even though various social networking concepts exist, the online Lecturing System is built on educational purposes. The current educational systems require students to attend the classes and lectures by physically attending the class. The time and the cost consumed during transportation are vital resources which cannot be taken back. Time is an essential factor considering the rapid growth of business and technology. Every minute wasted is vital. So is the factor in the challenging economy.

Sometimes students may live far away from universities or schools. Traveling for classes is a problem for them. In case a student gets sick, he may need rest at home but he might miss important lectures. Live Virtual Classroom (LVC) is the ultimate solution for all the described scenarios above.

Live Virtual Classroom (LVC) is a combination of distributed networking and social networking concepts. The universities and classrooms would not be physical anymore. The essence of the internet would make virtual classrooms online where students can attend by just sitting right in front of personal computers. All the

Facilities of a real lecture will be provided with this virtual system and they would be explained one by one. Students and lecturers will be the users of the system and after the end of courses, a student would be evaluated using the secure online examination system.

Project Objectives

•  It is a scheduled, online, teacher-led training session where teachers are not present with learners physically but interacts via the internet
• To develop a virtual classroom tool for synchronous distance learning with multimedia facilities
• Aims to bring learners from around the world together online in a highly interactive manner by greatly reducing travel, time and expenses of onsite training

Project Implementation Method

The main purpose of the Live Virtual Classroom is to apply a new learning method called Virtual learning or E-Learning. Thus, it should include all the traditional training methodologies such as choose a course, being register for a class, appear for the class in a virtual classroom, should raise a question, and use of advanced technologies like live streaming, audiovisual communication between trainer and trainee. Some advance feature other than above is mentioned below:

• Registration module for trainee and trainer.
• Login section for each type of users
• Dashboard for every user, with associated functions
• Section of news, FAQ, information, and administration of those announcements.
• Output an HTML file with the video frame, slide frame and a table of contents of course material. This HTML page must be viewable in all popular browsers.
• Provide buttons for forwarding and rewinding the video.
• The users should be able to click on some arbitrary link in the table of contents and start the video corresponding to that cue point.
• Organize Test and quiz
• Manage course and study material of those courses

Meanwhile, Live Virtual Classroom system can be termed as a technology tool, medium or platform facilitating the delivery & consumption of eLearning content provided by you within a virtual learning setting.

The system works similarly for the businesses, where the employees, partners, customers, and vendors can be trained face-to-face, in real-time using a mobile app or it can even be incorporated with your website, LMS, ERP or CMS. The training can even be conducted when stakeholders are on the constant move. They have access to eLearning material, hence they can attend live session even from their tablets, smartphones or laptops.
